Great a wonderful job

Good! I was contacted same day as I used your website, employee came to see me that afternoon. I had an estimate by the following morning. The work was completed a day later. So far no leaks! We have experienced several rain events since then. Neat job, as they had to remove and replace shingles and 2- flashings due a shortcut taken by precious roofers. When the job was completed it looked great. Everything was cleaned up after the job.

Extremely unprofessional handling of quote. Dodgy bid method, failure to disclose details of estimate. Here is my exact email to the business asking for quite breakdown after quote was not near market pricing. Ma'am, Please, reread your email and think critically with me here. You say you want to explain and to call but can't seem to write what you'd be sharing in a call. It's more efficient to ask direct questions in email. "You have a right to call and get other estimates if you would like." You want us to hire you but you can't tell me in writing estimate on materials cost for job? "We don't charge outrageous prices." Ok if not share the materials breakdown. This is fairly simple and direct question. Again I'd love to build long term business relationship for our rentals but I'm doing this 21 years and I saw the flat roof and damage on runners in back section. It's a very straightforward job. So I'm trying to ascertain the math breakdown your working from to see if there's a misunderstanding. It's be helpful if you could just give me that. Ron Lee Person we dealt with here became hostile when asked fir breakdown as we were trying to determine if there was a mistake in what they were quoting. Bottom line we determined these folks are running a name your own price company that isn't correlated to any standardized costs. We do rentals and have fir 20 years. We will not work with in the future.

The job was done okay. We had to call them back out because they missed some things. They were able to correct it, but not perfectly. It is still leaking but not as much.

They repairs went well. I was upset that their were quite a few nails left over that I had to clean up from my driveway. We have not had any heavy rain yet so I have not been able to confirm the repairs worked. They were professional and arrived on time.

Crest Roofing provided excellent customer service throughout our encounter with them. I had a lot of trouble with my insurance company and Crest Roofing was patient and provided me with all the information that my insurance company needed. They are quick to respond to any questions and provided a wonderful price for the services that were performed. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
