 + 1 moreThere was timely and clear communication with company representatives.The turnaround time between initial contact and job completion was excellent.Every individual associated with the company was extremely polite, respectful, professional, and interested in pleasing the customer.The lightning protection system is truly a high quality product, which has aesthetic appeal, clean lines, and adds to the beauty of the home.There was no debris left behind by installers for the customer to remove or clean.The price was fair and reasonable. We do not have any comments regarding improvements that need to be made in the product or services. We are 100% satisfied with all aspects of this purchase. It has been a very, very long time since we have had the pleasure of working with individuals and a company of this caliber. We could not be more pleased or satisfied.
