Technicians were polite, neat and courteous and seemed knowledgeable. I decided to wait until spring to do the needed work.

They came and made sure my heat pump was working correctly which includes checking freon (or whatever they use these days) This was preventive maintenance and it was about 1/2 the cost of the company I used. I want to try them and an offer made on Angies List. I was not unhappy with my previous company, but I have only had them, so I took advantage of a good deal and also wanted a different perspective. Chrismon seems like a good company and I will call them again. The service tech did say he had never seen my brand of heat pump. I will have to check into that as so far the heat pump has worked well.

they asked me several days later to schedule by the time they finally called to schedule, I had already had the work done I paid $44 for a deal and got nothing

Working with Chrismon was great. They were able to come out quickly (within two days of calling with no rush needed). They called before they arrived and completed the work. The technician was very helpful in looking over my system, noticing a few things that were causing it to run inefficiently and corrected them quickly. He was also patient in explaining it to me as I had to relay the information back to a potential buyer of my home. I would highly recommend them.

Went great. Very nice serviceman. Told me everything. Answered my questions and gave me good advice on my system. Will use them in future. They also have a great receptionist........she was a pleasure to talk to.

We were more than satisfied with the services of Chrismon. Each of their employees was as polite and professional as one could want. After suggesting we might want to consider a new system they were most patient, allowing us time to research and get other bids. Absolutely no sales pressure from them. After placing our order they were here within days to install and we were only without heat/air for one day. A minor glitch appeared the next day and they were here within hours to correct the situation. We could not be more pleased at this point and would not consider using anyone else to service our heating and air needs.

We were totally satisfied with their service. I cannot get the "What did the provider do?" box to work but will try one last time before signing off. I thought these were resolved via a telephone conversation/emails informing you of the problem & had the 1st time I tried to enter a review. We have European Air Conditioners (2) which they check out and found that one was very low on freeon & corrected that problem (for a fee of course).

Barry was great! He only had to do a simple diagnostic, but due to all of the gas appliances in the house, he went above and beyond to insure that everything was okay. He was very kind and professional and treated us with respect. We will definitely sign a service contract with them and will refer them to friends and neighbors.

Chrismon called right away. They suggested I wait until the weather got hotter for them to check out my AC. I called them later, and they came out. They found a problem with my AC and were able to fix it. My AC has been blowing cold air all summer! Much happier than last year.

He came on time and he gave us reccomendations for A/C. He was very kind and very proffessional. He replenished the freon for my A/C.

When I initially called back in April, I think it was, they could not come out due to being booked up. I called back again in June and got an appointment for July 3, 2013. My appointment was set for 2:00 p.m. Mindy called me around 1:30 p.m. to see if it was raining and if it was ok for them to come. I told it will be fine, since it had stopped raining. She said they would not get here at 2 but they are coming. They arrived about 2:40 pm or so. Barry and Quinn (sorry for not spelling your name correctly) were very friendly and knowledgeable. Barry explained how my system works and why my dual zone unit did not always shut off when we thought it should have . Quinn told me how important to keep debris away the outside unit. Barry also let me know what happens in the winter when the system defrosts and we may see smoke and hear some noises. We were glad to know that information since we wondered if something was wrong with the unit. I was pleased that they put on shoe covers while inside the house; and always made sure it was ok to go here or there in the house while checking different parts of the system. I was impressed with the attention to the customer, since I am in the customer service field myself. I also appreciated the follow up note from Mindy to make sure everything went well and to call if I have any questions or concerns. That was an added touch to a very pleasant experience. I would recommend them to a friend or family member.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The guy was knowledgeable, they really didn't give the minimum customer service or service in general, they gave about average or above. For punctuality, they were ahead of time. I'm actually counting on them unless someone can give me a better price on the repair.

Great!! Very professional. Prior to entering residence, he put on "booties" so he would not bring dirt, debris, etc. inside the house. Very good check on Freon levels and pressures and checked filters. All OK.

THE FIRST APPT I MADE AND TOOK TIME OFF FROM WORK THEY CALLED TO CA NCEL ( I AGREED SINCE I WANT TO BE FLEXIBLE WHENEVER I CAN) MADE ANOTHER APPT AND GOT HOME AT 217PM ( I HAD A 2-4 APPT WINDOW TIME) THEY HAD COME AND LEFT- WHEN I CALLED OFFICE I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO RESCEDULE SINCE MAN CAME AND LEFT AT 205- THE RECEPTIONIST LATER STATES IN CALL HE WAS HERE TILL 217 I \POINTED OUT I HAD BEEN FLEXIBLE WITH THEM BUT SHE DID NOT SEEM TO THINK I DESERVED THE SAME FLEXIBILITY I INFORMED HER I UNDERSTOOD THAT THEY EXPECTED THE CUSTOMER TO BEND OVER BACKWARDS FOR THEM BUT THEY WOULD NOT DO THE SAME. I THEN ASKED TO TALK TO MANAGER WHO DID NOT BOTHER TO COME TO THE PHONE AND I WAS TOLD THE MAN WAS CLOSE BY AND WOULD COME.THE MAN WHO CAME I THINK WAS MIKE (NOT SURE) TELLS ME HE CHECKED MY OUTSIDE PART THE FIRST TIME THE WAS HERE. HE'S A NICE GUY BUT I DOUBTED THE OUTSIDE WAS CHECKED - ( I COULD BE UNFAIR TO STATE THIS )BUT BY THE TIME HE LEFT' I FELT I WAS PATRONIZED AND NOT SURE I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR. WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR ANY REASON .

The service technician arrived early and was done in less than 30 minutes. I purchased the $39 maintenance deal from Angies List and was expected to pay more for needed maintenance since the unit had not been serviced in six years. I purchased the heat pump from Chrismon six years ago and was very pleased with their service and professionalism at that time.

It went great. My husband was very impressed with the person doing the service.

It went okay. I signed up for a tune-up special on the air conditioning and heating units. When they were due to come out first the scheduling was a little difficult. I sent them an email trying to set up the appointment but I got no reply for over a week. Then I called and they were confused about what the Groupon thing was. They finally showed up. After we had set it up they called me back and said they needed to push our appointment back two weeks because they had other things they needed to do. I told them I could not do that and they said okay. I had a Freon leak in one of my units and they detected it and said it was coming from the inside coil. They came back and gave me a quote to fix that, which was outrageous. I called somebody else who came and looked and gave me a quote for about half of what Chrismon had quoted. When they pulled out the unit it was completely corroded so the guy who put the Freon in probably did not even look nor should he have serviced the unit. He should have told me to replace it right then. I am not exactly happy with their service. I feel like I wasted $100 in Freon putting it into a system that was corroded.

They arrived late but called to let me know they would be late and gave me the option of rescheduling. Service person was personable and did complete job.

Chrismon Heating & Cooling were great. There's one thing they did do. I called the company about it but they never got back to me. They stepped on some of the ceiling tiles and never came to replace them. I sort of dropped the ball too. It was in a bedroom we never used. That was the only problem.

He was polite, clean and explained everything thoroughly. I felt I was in good hands.

Everyone showed up on time and were polite and did a good job.
