Provider did not service my area and the individual that informed me of this was very curteous and professional. I will use them in the future should they start servicing my area.

Technician arrived on time an started work immediately. Completed service and reviewed the check-up list with me. He was very professional and very thorough.

Arrived on time. First the technician examined system filters and replaced where needed. He then examined and serviced heat pump and air conditioner. Before he left he gave us feedback on condition of the units and recommendations on future improvements. Quite satisfied with his professionalism and helpfulness. Note that Angie's List sold me two contracts (one for each machine) but sent to the vendor only one of the contracts. I gave the technician a copy of my receipt from Angie's List that showed I had ordered and paid for two contracts.

I found the Angie list coupon today and called to schedule an appointment, they showed up within a few hours, earlier than expected, which was great since I had no A/C. He was informative and helpful. Got the A/C running for us temporarily while we get the parts needed to completely fix it. He was very helpful in looking up the part to see if it was under warranty to help us save money. Overall Good experience.

Very skilled technician, fair price, courteous people in customer service and overall good job done. I wish I had came accross with this company earlier. I have my A/C units serviced every year and had it done by other (big) companies that charged more for the same job. I will definitely call THIS company again in the future.

It worked out very good. When the service technician was finished, he didn't realize that I had prepaid. I just have to tell him that I had prepaid and there was nothing additional. The only thing that I can think of was when we first scheduled it. We had scheduled it for January 2 but the day before, they called me that they were gonna be closed. That was a little inconvenient. They had actually scheduled without realizing that it was one of their holidays. Other than that, there wasn't really any issue. They were an hour late.

Their tech (Barry) showed up on time, did a more than thorough diagnostic, and charged nothing more then the pre-agreed price. He knew the wiring without looking at a schematic, and didn't push parts or services that were not needed. My system only had a sticking motor preventing it from heating, and he charged nothing for breaking it free, and applying oil. I will call no one else to work on my hvac system but Chrismon for now on, and I will for sure request Barry. To top it off, they offered to call back with pricing on some optional parts... And guess what they actually followed through and gave me the prices, with no high pressure sales.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Chrismon Heating anad Cooling. I will most likely use them for my furnace and air conditioner servicing needs in the future. The service tech was punctual, professional, and very helpful with details regarding future furnace replacement needs.

This was an inspection for a recently purchased home. The company maintenance representative, Quinton Demick, was professional and detailed in his work and explanations. He worked and thought "out of the box" while focusing on the relevant issues for the System overview. However, when he noticed a favorable or unfavorable equipment function he brought this to our attention... with suggestions. Quinton performed his work with thoroughness and conveyed a positive image for Chrismon recognizing their importance for quality works to provide a competitive edge. Although company advertised it would provide service in Winston-Salem when I contacted them for an appointment they said it was outside the service area.

It turned out fine. It took about an hour to do.

He checked for leaks. He checked the compression. Everything checked out fine.

hung up the phone on initial contact without saying a word, so I called again with the same result. If you are that busy, you don't need my business. Voicemail is a great invention. Invest in it and all the business is yours

Very professional - was very impressed with them.

The a/c service was part of an a/c-heating system tuneup that I signed up for last March. The furnace was serviced in March, but not the a/id ic, as the weather was too cold. My understanding was that they would call to make an appointment for the a/c, but I went ahead &called them myself. Apparently, Chrismon looked at my call as a separate issue subject to an additonal $69 charge, but a phone call by the a/c technician straightened that out. All in all, the service went very well. The technician did a thorough job of checking & cleaning the a/c unit. He pointed out items that may need service or replacement in the near future, but did not try to "sell" me anything I didn't need. Sometime in the not-too-distant future I will probably need more service work or, perhaps, a new unit. I will definitely contact Chrismon again when that time comes.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The young man was so nice. He didn't find any problems. He said that someone would come out this summer to check out the air conditioning as part of the same deal. I was satisfied that he did what I contracted for. It is a relatively new unit. He was very nice and pleasant. I didn't spend any additional.

First off, everyone at the office is extremely friendly and very helpful when calling about any issue. Quint was the technician that came to do our AC inspection. Right off the bat he noticed the age of my unit and several issues. He took the time to show me every single thing wrong with the AC, how AC's work, and even what to look out for in my furnace. He used shoe covers in the house, was extremely polite, and very knowledgable. I knew going in I would probably need a replacement. He did not push anything on me, but did suggest that I get it replaced if I could. He told me what to look out for in the meantime in case it stopped working. I would definitely use them again and I have Bruce coming tomorrow to take a look and give me a full estimate on a new system.

I found Chrismon Heating and Cooling to be extremely professional. Bruce had to reschedule twice due to bad weather but on the 3rd try he sent Quint to do the work. Quint not only did the service - both inside and out but actually took the time to point out several things I had never heard before about heat pumps. Oddly enough, I had service two years ago from another company and they seemed to find leaks in both systems and charged around $100 for freon. You would have thought that I would still have leaks requiring more freon. Quint thoroughly checked both units (with me watching) and found no leaks and no need for freon. He even put on shoe covers when he came into the house! He went over the service contract (not pushy at all) and we are probably going to downsize soon but will be going that way (with Chrismon) in the new home. Bruce even offerred a serious discount on a digital thermostat but my brother in law is an electrician and will be doing that next time he comes to town. I would highly recommend using this company for heating and AC service!
