Provider did a thorough diagnosis. Alerted me to major problems and advised solutions.

The gentlemen that checked my unit was professional, polite, and informative. He advised that my system was in good shape for now and no additional servicing was needed at this time. I felt it was a thorough and honest assessment of my HVAC needs. 1. Checked the heating and cooling system 2. Explained how my system works in layman terms. 3. Showed me what maintenance I needed to do in the future 4. Explained potential risks and shortcomings of my current system 5. Advised of future planning, maintenance, and upgrade considerations.

we called early morning--spoke with Mindy who gave us an immediate appt for later that morning---the technician Quint called and said he would be out within an hour and he was---he did a thorough inspection and analysis of my aged heat pump---gave me some good information to assist me with making future sound decisions around replacement---he was very personable and knowledgeable --- explained everything he did and although he did not have the part on his truck, I suspect he took his lunch hour to get the part and returned to complete the repair-- I was very concerned because the temps were dropping tonight and I needed the repair done urgently-- I would definitely recommend this company and this technician--

I had purchased a deal for winter furnace inspection. This was a new house for me and they completed inspection on both units while there, cleaned drain lines, and various other minor PM issues. Techs were very knowledgeable and friendly.

It went very well the tech came on time, solved the problem very quickly and gave me useful information and recommendations.

Technician called me a day prior to appointment. Arrived on time. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and explained any issues with my HVAC unit. He was also careful moving around the house and wore booties on work shoes not to track dirt from the yard into the house and attic while checking my system. Very clean and professional. I inquired about a yearly maintenance service and technician explained services they can offer, but he was not pushy to sell. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Called to tell me they were on the way...arrived,within the time stated...but covers on shoes as not to track, any thing into the house. Extremely knowledgeable...suggested they could help with a filter that needs replacing...finished install in about 18 minutes!!! Amazing. Will Use again and refer.

I have been dealing with a different company (Eane) for years and had become dissatisfied. Chrismon did a great job! The technician explained step by step exactly what he was doing and why. I was amazed at how thorough this service was compared to my previous experiences!!!

He was very professional, came in and within the half hour knew it was the control panel. He said he'd have his secretary call us the next to get us scheduled in for replacing it. We told him not to worry about it until after Christmas, since we were having extremely nice weather. Now it is Jan 4 and we still have not heard from him, and the weather now is getting down in the 20's at night. He wasn't sure how long it would last since he was here. I believe we should of heard from him by now at least to check in and see. Still undecided if I will use them again in the future, but I had to mark something up above I went with yes because he does know what he is doing and very polite.

It worked out fine. They did a wrong diagnosis. But they ended up giving my money back.

They were by far a cost-conscious provider. All work was completed as promised. Excellent customer service. The office even called as a follow-up to make sure we were happy. We definitely recommend them as your heating and air go-to!

Everything went very well from start to finish. I received a call about 10 minutes before the appointment to let me know they were on their way. Very professional in checking our systems to get them ready for winter. Overall, very happy with the service from Chrismon and will use them again in the spring.

Our service person's name is Quint. He arrived right on time and got right to work. His work was thorough and efficient, and as he was working, he kept us informed of what he was doing and why it was important. Quint was accommodating and very open about sharing knowledge and information. Will definitely use this company's service again in the future.

Chrismon called after I purchased their coupon on AL. My attic furnace had been going in and out, mostly out - running cold air through the ducts without heating. At this time of writing - 8 months later - I forget what the problem was, but we ended up replacing the furnace. (We used a different vendor.) I had no problem with Chrismon - they showed up on time, and seemed to know what they were doing.

He gave some suggestions and took care of a boiler issue we had.

Although they were an hour late, they got straight to work, checked the coils and freon and advised me within 30 minutes of what needed doing to fix my HVAC.

As usual, Quint was there right on time and did an excellent job. Not only serviced the a/c but is great about educating a customer on the machine and how it will perform (now and into the future). If you are looking for an honest, caring HVAC company - you don't need to go further than Chrismon Heating and AC. We have been very happy with their service and professionalism.
