+ -1 moreWe have been using them for about ten years. I don’t remember how much they charge us. Their maintenance is a little more expensive than what my in-laws pay but the reason we use them is that they have always been very honest with us. Even though they are a little bit more expensive, they have always been very honest and haven’t said that we need to do things. We trust them and that is why we stay with them. Their prices are good. They always come when they say they are coming. They are professional. They are great. We have never had them do anything other than just the general maintenance but we did use them a long time ago to put the system in our first house. We haven’t used them for air duct cleaning. We asked them their prices on the air duct clean work. They told us that they don’t do a whole lot of it. We found out that it was very expensive. We would recommend them to others and would continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: We use Chrismon Heating & Cooling to do general maintenance on our heating and air conditioning unit.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job. They were rectifying a situation that should have been done correctly or earlier. They got it right eventually. Compared to the price that other people wanted to fix it, their price was good. Added 12/21/09. Our cold weather has proven that it is a genuine fix.
