Carolina Kitchen & Bath, Inc

We decided to remodel our kitchen but needed help figuring out what was the best way to upgrade. Carolina Kitchen and Bath was recommended to us. So after I checked out their website and Angies list reviews, I submitted for a consultation request. I didn't hear back so I sent another request. Again, didn't hear back so I called to set one up. I got the appointment set up and told them what I was looking for. The rep came out to the house, helped us with some ideas, took some measurements and said we should hear back from her within a week with some drawings and an estimate. I never heard back. After about 2 weeks, trying to give her a chance, maybe she was busy, I called, got her voicemail and never heard back. We went with another company.

Not well. Why? Had multiple issues with initial install, cabinet doors that would not close because of overlap, trim installed incorrectly. They did not answer calls for a month! (later was told, sorry we were busy with a bigger job than yours). Two more trips by installers, 3 months later and still same problems. But at least they are regular about sending a bill every month. Finally after several months, the trim was corrected. And I was ground down. There are still some minor issues with doors, but I would rather live with them than continue to deal with this company. The very pleasant pre-sale demeanor became rude and non-responsive post sale.
