This is a great company to work with until the "job" was done and they were paid. Problem #1- Unreachable after the work was done we called them because we had some issues with what was done. After 2 emails and a phone call my husband talked to the manager and he said that he would send someone out to look at it. This never happened and when my husband tried to contact them again he was unsuccessful. He even called again to make sure he left his cell number just in case he had forgot. Before the work was done the main guy was very reachable and very responsive. Problem #2- Work Related problems- 1- The french drain was not buried far enough to be able to plant sod and grass over (was told we wanted to do this when we hired them)Now we have a strip of rocks running down our side yard that looks horrible. The drain was only sunk about 4" with stones put on top. When I spoke with him directly after he said that we could put landscape paper on top of the stone(which was at grass level) and the put light sod and then seed it. This doesn't even make any sense unless we want a mound of grass and there is now way we can over seed. IT LOOKS HORRIBLE! This also delayed our other projects because now we have to get estimated to fix there bad workmanship. Our neighbor keeps asking if we are going to get it fixed because it does look so bad. 2- The Down spouts we tied right into the french drain which at the time we thought that was OK but apparently when we had people come out to fix the "French drain" this is never suppose to be the case and it should have been run to a separate line. We also had a catch basin that he tied into the same "french drain" and ran down the side of our house. 3- The "french drain" pipe was suppose to be run down the hill away from the house instead it was run to an emitter that sits in a low sitting area and we now have an erosion problem. The emitter was also not attached to the end of the pipe so every time it rain the entire emitter falls off. This is the same for the pipe they installed in the front of the house. 4- The catch basin was set directly next to our driveway but it wasn't filled in around it with dirt around it so it is eroding next to the driveway. Their only saving grace is the fact that the "french drain" does keep the side yard dry and not a soggy mess but it is going to cost us about double to get it fixed . Do not hire this company to do any drainage work. They seem eager and nice to begin with and then after they have your money they are unresponsive.
Description of Work: This company was in charge of installing a french drain, catch basins and tying our downspouts to a drain and running it away from the house.

Response from Camden Landscape Group
After a review of the quote we gave you the installation of your drainage system was installed as you were quoted. You indicated that the drainage system we installed corrected your problem and your soggy yard dried up. The fact that you stopped having a mucky mess in your yard in fact shows that we did the job correctly as it was designed. I am sorry you do not like the way it looks, but unfortunately it is the best and fastest way to move that amount of water away from your home. Each drain system is designed to individual circumstances. First, we did not install a French drain, we installed an interceptor drain which is the best way to move the amount of water you had out of your yard and get it dried up quickly. It was our opinion that the downspouts and catch basin would not contaminate the interceptor lines, so there was no reason to go to the EXTRA EXPENSE of a separate line. As for erosion, all of the work we did was re-seeded and strawed where applicable. We did speak with your husband (his call was returned) he wanted us to give him another quote for putting the drain line in deeper and covering it with sod. At that time he was told that as much water as you had in your yard that doing that would reduce the effect of moving the water out of your yard quickly. But he could cover it with decorative stone (something like river rock) and that would not reduce the effectiveness of the drainage system. Your husband made no mention of problems with the emitters. Had he we would have sent someone to correct that problem.
