Description of Work: We purchased the coupon offered by Bulwark Extermination for rodent removal, because we had a problem with bats in our attic. When I called to redeem the coupon last fall, I was told that they did not handle the removal of bats. The man with whom I spoke sent Angie's List the following email requesting that I be given a refund: Jeff Lunt 11/7/12 to Maggieh, me Maggie, Order number 468062 Diane Bishop ordered a rodent elimination service from us however it is for bats which we don't cover. Can you please refund her the money she spent on this and confirm with both of us when this has been completed? Total was $135. Thanks a bunch! Jeff Lunt Branch Manager Bulwark Exterminating LLC When I received a message from someone else at Bulwark in April telling me my coupon was about to expire, I realized that the refund had never been processed. I contacted Angie's List about the matter and was told the refund would be processed after I submitted this form.

Description of Work: The service person inspected the house for roaches. We had seen 2-3 of them in the previous couple of weeks. Then, I saw the offer for an inspection at a reduced price and ordered it. The service person was friendly and well-informed. He appeared to be genuinely interested in doing a good job and said he had checked outside to make sure he was using the best treatment. He told me that if the treatment did not work to please let him know. We saw a roach or two in the next week and I almost called back, but waited and have not seen another roach in, oh, at least six weeks. I was pleased and satisfied with the offer and the service. There was some sales push when the appointment was being set up, but it wasn't offensive, simply offering various levels of cost and services.

Description of Work: Treated the house for spiders & wasps. Used hybrid spray outdoors around all of the windows & doors, used natural spray inside - including in the attic, introduced spray into the walls (through the outlets, it looked like), and removed spider webs from the exterior of the house.

Description of Work: It is such a pleasure to work with a professional,competent, and caring local business. I called about tiny,black ants and got an appointment the same day that I called. Bulwark sent out Roger James who was a true expert and professional. He not only took the time to explain the problem and process of extermination but he was kind and observant enough to point out an unknown problem that I was having with an outdoor plumbing pipe. He was articulate,informative and personable. I felt safe with him as a service coming into my home and the product was immediately effective(my 9 year old son is still amazed that the ants went away so quickly). Would recommend this company(and already have to a neighbor).
