The gentleman came when he said he would and asked what the problem was and to describe the roaches I had seen. He checked various places around the house for evidence of infestation and when he found them, he showed them to me. He then proceeded to "do his thing". My general impression was that he worked constantly, not stopping to have "chats" and covered not only places where there was evidence but also where he felt roaches might gather. I found him polite and in good humor. From what I understand, I have been quite lucky and have not had a problem with roaches for about a year-and-a-half since that time.

We have been using Bullwark since September 2014. We had a problem with Ants. We like the fact that Bullwark uses a more natural way of getting rid of pests. Bullwark would come out and spray the house inside and out and under the house. The ants did come back the first few times. We would rather they come out more times with a natural (hybrid) spray than to use a harmful chemicals around our home, pets and family. I would call Bullwark. It would not make a difference if it was time for our scheduled appointment. We would not be charged. Anthony has been our technician for quite some time. He is on time and very polite. He listens to our issues with pests. We are completely Ant or bug free. We have been very satisfied with Bullwark.

Bulwark took care of the problem. The ants were gone almost instantly. I appreciate the methods that they use as they are safe for children and animals. They always do a thorough job and guarantee it...taking care of any problems in between sprays with no additional charges. Highly recommended.

I was not able to get someone out to our residence quickly, but the scheduling person offered us a discount on services for our inconvenience. Once scheduled, they arrived on time, did what they said they would do, and explained the process very well. So far, I have been very happy with their service.

Anthony came out and treated my home inside and out today and did a great job! He was very thorough, explained what he did and was very personable.

The gentleman was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very understanding. They worked with me for scheduling and were awesome at rescheduling too! Couldn't ask for better! I will use them again and recommend them highly!

I would reuse this company because they made every effort to make sure that I was satisfied with theIr service . The product they use to get rid of my wasp problem was great and I've had no additional problems since. One of their service Personnel call me to made sure I was pleased with their service , I greatly appreciate the company striving for excellence in providing service .

They were a no-call, no-show. Purchase service through Angie's List Deals on 8/24/2015. Spoke to Bulwark Exterminating-Charlotte on 8/25/2015 to schedule service for 9/4/2015. Informed of technician's name and given a window of 8am - 10am for service. At 10:01am on Sept. 4th, I called Bulwark to find out where the technician was. After holding for 20min I was finally informed there was a scheduling error because it was booked in August -- it was booked last week, but yes, in August -- and that no one was avail able or in the area. Cancelled the request for service & requested refund because: 1. Bulwark is not reliable and cannot be trusted to show up or properly schedule technicians 2. They do not communicate with clients if they are unable to service a particular area/ location Never again. Too much time wasted!

After a little confusion with scheduling, they were very helpful in getting me rescheduled. They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again.

I bought a big deal for this service and I think it was okay. When they came in it was okay, but four or six weeks into it we are seeing a repeat because some of the bugs are back. Whatever they put in was supposed to be good for at least 6 months, but apparently not. It is almost like the spiders have multiplied. I am having to bring in someone else now at this point to do this again. I have used them before and last time it was much better. That is why I called them back in.They had to reschedule it three times. The price was okay. They came on time. It really is mixed results. Last time was better, this time wasn't. This time rescheduling it was a hassle. I would think about it and not highly recommend them. Ideally I really like the guy when he comes here so the problem is with the company and not the individual.

It went quite well. The worker arrived on time and performed all the work quickly and professionally. We haven't had an issue since their treatment and we decided to get a service contract with them covering the next year.

They were great. Very professional and got the job done quickly and neatly. Would highly recommend. Also did not push the contract service. Liked that part a lot.

so I made an appointment with bulwark over the phone, and they never showed up. I then called them and they could not tell me why no one showed up and said let me give you a call back. Two hours later never got a call back so i called them again. This time they transferred me to another office and i sat of the phone with him for 30 min and he could still not figure out why they did not have me on a route even though i was scheduled. I made another appointment because i had already paid for the service. then the day before my appointment they called me and ask if they could come 2 hours earlier. I said i really could not have them come early, and they said okay. The next day he came an hour early even after the conversation on the phone, disrupting an important teleconference with a client. He made the excuse that the office booked him in my appointment time 45 minutes away. The rest of the treatment went okay it seemed like he was in a bit of a hurry, but he still did a good job, and was very nice. I told them i would see how well there treatment did before continuing with them. overall the technician himself was a good guy and I don't have a problem with him. I have a problem with the company itself and how they treated me as a customer.

Bulwark showed up on time. I've use them before and the same person came to provide my service this time around and as usually he was very professional and got right to the job and provided excellent service! He also spread the outside of the home including the yard front and back.

On time or early, called to let me know he was on his way. Roger was very professional a nod spoke with tenants about their concerns. Gave his card and said to call if there were any problems within 60 days of treatment.

He was very personable and professional and he did everything that was promised. He was very direct about his business and did board and wall treatment. He treated the yard, the basement and all the rooms. It was a good deal.

They were on time, very professional, and quick. They are worth the deal. They're cheaper than anyone else around hear. They are just reasonably priced especially for people on a budget.

It was advertised with Angie's List as serving my area, but when I called them they said they did not serve my area so I did not use them. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for their service, but got a refund for it.

I was not present when they did the job, but they were good.

They came out promptly to do the work. There were some issues after the initial treatment, but they quickly returned to retreat and honor their quality guarantee.

The technician was personable and thoughtful enough to remove his shoes when coming inside. He was very helpful regarding a current insect problem and seemed knowledgeable regarding any possible future bug and/or insect problems.

It was fine. They were punctual and professional. We've used them twice. Once I called them they were able to come out quickly, within a couple days. I like that they removed the outlets and used insect powder instead of spraying on the baseboards. Their prices are comparable to others.
