+ -1 moreHe is not inexpensive, but he is a perfectionist. So if money is no object and you want it perfect, he will do it. He won't give you the lowest bid though, but it goes back to the saying you get what you pay for. He is the best and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: They put a large porch on the back of our home. It was done with pressure treated wood. It was a big job with balusters for the railing. They also set a hammock in correctly to make sure that it was safe.

+ -1 moreA third floor water heater broke in the night and damaged everything in our house, everything was soaked and unsalvageable. The insurance covered the cost of the repairs. John is an amazing caring man, very meticulous about each aspect of the work he did. He even did some of the fighting with the insurance company for us when he disagreed with them on some issues. It took six months, it was that bad. But it is beautiful now and we are grateful for this contractor.
Description of Work: He redid and replaced most of the interior of my house. It is a three story house and he replaced the walls, ceilings linoleum, hardwood floors and carpeting.
