I CALLED BODIE HOME ELECTRIC EARLY ON MONDAY DEC.31,2012. TWO ELECTRICIANS WERE HERE BY 2:30 PM (WORKING OUR CALL BETWEEN OTHER APPOINTMENTS). THEY TRACED THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM TO OUTDOOR SOCKETS AND LAMPS. REPLACED SOME SOCKETS AND WIRING, REPLACED A JUNCTION BOX UNDER HOUSE. REWIRED AND REPLACED SOME PARTS TO TWO SCONCES IN HALL BATH THAT WEREN'T WORKING. SAUTERED DOORS TO THREE OUTDOOR LAMPS THAT HAD COME LOOSE SO THEY WOULD CLOSE SECURELY AND KEEP WATER OUT. REPAIRED PROBLEM WITH CIRCUIT BREAKER. REWIRED TWO OUTSIDE PORCH LAMPS. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND DID NOT WASTE TIME OR DO ANYTHING THAT WASN'T NECESSARY TO HAVE DONE. THEY CALLED IN ADVANCE BEFORE COMING ON EACH DAY. WORK TOOK TWO HOURS WITH TWO MEN (JOHN MOWEN, AND JOSH) ON MONDAY. JOHN MOWEN CAME BACK TODAY (JANUARY 1, 2013) AND COMPLETED WORK IN ABOUT TWO MORE HOURS. EXCELLENT JOB.

Had the breaker that controls my heating strips in heating unit go bad. Called Bodie's in the morning and got a call back after an hour or two. They came out within another hour and explained what had happened, what they did to fix it, and how to prevent it in the future. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend. A little pricey, but quality service.

They responded to my call within 30 minutes and sent John Mohan within one hour to my home, at six o'clock on Thanksgiving eve. John diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair just as quick. I can't say enough about the service, John and the peace of mind that he gave my family. In the 40 years I have owned homes, I have never felt so good about a company and the people of Bodie's Home Electric. AAAAAAAAA

We made the appointment. Marc always calls beforehand to tell you he is on the way. This time he called, his previous job had finished early, and he wanted to know if it was all right to come a little earlier than scheduled. This suited me fine, he came and diagnosed the problem, fixed it and told me what he had done and why. I felt the charge was reasonable, and as always, he was professional and courteous. I have every confidence in his ability, due to his education, training, and experience in electrical work. He is a very nice young man, and I am comfortable having him work in my home.

Mark arrived at our house early and was done in about half an hour (or less). Brought several light fixtures for us to choose from. Previously, he has done some work for our house and I have never had any complaints. Actually, my husband and I had our home inspected recently and the inspector had nothing but praise for how well Marc had upgraded the wiring in our house.

Spoke with Mark on Tuesday, described jobs, set appointment for 8AM Thursday. They arrived 7:50AM Thursday, set to work and were done by 9:30 AM. Very pleasant, neat, informative and thorough. Gave detailed written estimates for upcoming projects.
