They didn't do the job we expected. The tree had a poor shape when they were finished, and it looked like they cut out the inside and left the outside. One whole side had branches that were untrimmed. It's growing back, though. They also left a lot of dead branches on the ground; in fact, we're still finding them. They weren't entirely bad, but we just didn't get the service and good job that we normally get from our usual company.

Mr. Su did a very thorough job grinding the stump. It took about an hour, and he got all the roots. Good value for the money.

Su (really his name is Su) and his crew came in ahead of schedule and finished all of this work in half of a day. it was amazing! they needed to get a dump truck and a Bobcat into the back of the yard to complete the work. extreme care taken to move this gear through my front yard. We worked out a deal so that I could make payment in two installments.

Mr. Sue Y is a real go-getter. He was doing some tree work for a neighbor and so I caught him before he left the neighborhood and asked for an estimate to take down a 60 gnarly pine tree leaning into my neighbors yard. Sue checked things out and gave me two estimates right on the spot. One was very reasonable, but he would cut the tree down and leave the wood. The other was Extremely reasonable and he'd cut down the tree and haul away wood and a bunch of extra wood I had laying around from a previous tree service. Here's the best part...I agreed to the latter quote and Sue showed up the next day. By the time that I got home from work, the tree and wood was gone. I barely knew that he'd been in the yard. It was a seamless effort. Also, he managed to cut down the tree without any trouble given that a city powerline was very close. Incredible service!
