Description of Work: I was given there name from a person I knew, It took them several days to come out, The worker did his job well, it took them a month before they could replace the windows. I was told it would be 5 to 7 business days. They never called to advised me that they were having problems with getting the glass. I had to call twice to find out about my glass. Poor customer service.

+ -1 moreWent well overall. Installer came out to look at broken window and said it would be 5 days to order glass. Was a double-pane window not on his truck. I called company after 3 or 4 work days to see if glass had come in. They originally said they could not install until 2 days later but I asked if they could do the next day because I had to be home for another service call and they were able to accommodate my schedule.
Description of Work: Replaced double-paned glass in window on back side of house.
