Best Roofing Company

You have been avoiding us and we need to repossessions orders on 2012 Ford Van and 2010 Toyota Pirus you have told us that one was in accident I called your insurance company it was never insured with them. You said the van is broke down and you don't want it but you won't tell us where it is. You are 2 yrs in default of both vehicles. From the one review it shows you rip people off. I confronted you about the insurance and you hung up on me. The be clear this is for the owner Timothy F Ratley. After doing a search with the North Carolina licensing board. This company is not even licensed. Nor is this company even supposed to be in business. Their company was dissolved by department of corporations years ago.

Well, he was supposed to start on Monday, but the crew didn't show up until Tuesday afternoon. However, after that small glitch, it was on. Everyone in the crew was aware that I needed it to be completed by the weekend as I had other workers showing up for other bits of work required before I could list my house. They worked very hard and finished the job by the time they said they would. Fairly amazing, and the roof looks and works great. Also, they list a 10% off coupon for Angie's list and even though I didn't tell him about it until after I had the quote in hand, it was absolutely no problem. Overall, a very good experience and I would highly recommend Best Roofing.

Unfortunately, this roofer never showed up to perform the work. I signed a contract and gave a deposit on August 11th, 2010. My existing roof had some leaks so I was pretty anxious to get the work done. I was told the work would be done in approximately two weeks. After two weeks I called repeatedly. I got one response indicating their work was behind schedule but they would be coming soon to install my roof. On October 29th after several days of very heavy rain I called and left a message that I did not want the work done by this company and wanted my deposit back. Fortunately, I was able to contact another roofing company and they installed my roof within 2 days. As of today 1/17/2011, I have not received by deposit. The Better Business Bureau has been involved and has tried to help resolve this issue, but that has not worked either. I will be filing a small claims lawsuit this month.

They scraped the existing roof and installed a new one. They were excellent. We came to know of them from a friend of ours. They were really nice people. They gave us the best price and the best service of any roofing company that I have ever seen in the past. The quality of the crew was really nice. They were very polite and very helpful. They helped us choose a color and made a lot of suggestions. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves too. The owner was very professional in showing us the products. I had no problem with them.

Work was done satisfactorily and on time at a reasonable price. They have performed work over the years at both houses I have owned in Greensboro, NC. All was done to my satisfaction and no call backs were required.

It took a while to schedule time for the prework estimate. However, once the job started, they were very prompt. They did a great job of explaining the work and making recommendations. The workers arrived on time and completed the work very efficiently and cleanly. A repair was needed as a result of an off-colored bundle of shingles. Best took care of the problem the next day. I am happy to recommend this company for your roofing needs.

We were referred to them by our neighbors. There was a hail storm in the end of May and that was the occasion for us to have our roof looked at. He was very prompt in terms of coming out and giving us an estimate but was not quite so punctual in terms of coming out and actually doing the work. There was a small part of the job that Best Roofing, employees didn't do and was sub contracted to another company, this included the gutters. That work took a long time before it was done. We were quite pleased with the roofing job that was done except that it was started later than we were lead to believe and then the sub contractor finishing up the work later than planned. I would have rather them be more accurate in their time estimates.

They have done very good work for me and so far I have been very happy with them. I plan on using this company again the next time I need something like this done. I would also recommend them to others.

I THINK BEST ROOFING CO DID AN OK JOB ON MY ROOF. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND HIRING THEM IF YOU KNOW SOMEBODY BETTER, BUT IF YOU DON'T, I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIRING THIS COMPANY.

Best Roofing did an A-1 job. They were clean and picked up their mess, not allowing shingles and scraps of wood to pile up. Best Roofing definitely did a first-class job. I have to say they were pricey, however, the quality of work performed made it worth it.
