Bellhops Moving Help Greensboro

I was truly disappointed in my experience with Bellhops and would not recommend their services to those looking to have assistance from professional movers. After reading positive reviews and booking my appointment with a friendly customer service representative I was looking forward to a smooth moving process. I booked an hour of moving help to load my belongings from a storage facility into a truck that I had reserved. I booked an hour because I knew from previous experience with other moving companies that an hour was more than enough time to load the small amount furniture that had - in the past it took about 40 mins. The movers arrived on time and began working - I remained in the storage facility while they worked. As the allotted hour was drawing near I went to check on how much progress had been made, to my surprise there were still items in the storage and when I went outside I saw a bulk of my furniture including my wooden dining room table top propped on the asphalt on the ground (which now has scratches as well as a few other items). Essentially nothing had been loaded and all of my items were on the ground in front of the truck - at this time 55 mins had already passed. Needless to say I was furious, I told the movers to put what they could on the truck with the remaining 5 mins left and could then clock out to leave. One of the movers then told me that they could speed up which made me further question what they had been doing in the past hour? I had to call a friend to help with finishing to load the truck. The next day I had movers come from the town that I was relocating to and the movers unloaded the truck within 40 mins (which was in line with my past experiences and is the amount of time it should've have taken place with Bellhops). I know that the movers were college students and I am not sure if they were not properly trained or wanting to milk the clock but I felt like my time and money had been wasted. I know how much time it should've have taken for this small job and it is unfortunate that the movers tried to drag out the time to basically get more money. The few pieces of furniture that did make it in the truck had to be rearranged, some of the pieces of furniture that had been left on the ground was damaged, they did not complete the job because they wanted to stretch the job out, and I ended up completing the move myself - total disappointment and I would not recommend the Bellhops in Greensboro. Dealing with this situation was frustrating and delayed my out-of-state move by hours. This type of behavior is not reflective of practices that should be displayed from a professional moving company - I would have been better off driving through UNCG and asking 2 random people to help me move because this is what the experience felt like.
