Description of Work: I was looking for a quality basketball goal for my grandsons. I research goals and found that the Proformance Hoops product had an exceptional reputation. Backyard Paradise had an exceptional price on the product I selected plus a rebate further reduced the price. In addition, they discounted the installation. The installation was professional and on time. My grandsons love their new basketball goal. I highly recommend this dealer.

 + -1 moreWe relocated to Chapel Hill, North Carolina from Georgia earlier this year. Unfortunately we had to leave behind our Jumpsport trampoline that we purchased back in 2007 for the new home owners. When I researched Jumpsport dealers in our local area, I was unimpressed with the lack of customer service in the Raleigh store. I took and chance and called the only other JumpSport dealer in North Carolina and was blown away by the customer service and responsiveness. Backyard Paradise is located in Greensboro but still matched the local company's best deal. To make matters even better they had it installed the next week while the Raleigh company said it would take at least three weeks to order. Backyard Paradise is even checking out the damage done by the movers to the Rainbow Playset and will be coming back to replace and repair any damaged parts all while researching for us any warranty issues. (There is a lifetime warranty with both the trampoline and the playset.) I highly recommend you speak to Mary or Brandon before making any decisions on purchasing backyard equipment.

 + -1 moreThese are gorgeous, high-quality playsets!! I've gotten so many comments on what a beautiful playset we have. When reading reviews about Costco and Lowe's playsets, I saw a lot of comments about the flimsiness of the set. And I noticed the low-quality firsthand in the Lowe's demo playset. I didn't want to go down that avenue and opted to pay more for the sturdier, higher quality sets from Backyard Paradise. They have a great showroom where you can see the quality construction and get an idea of your different options. Plus you get a free birthday party at their facility when you buy a set! It didn't take long - a couple of weeks - to get the set scheduled for installation. Then the total time for the set-up was 4 hrs, with 2 people. I will say I do wish their store hours were different. Like open until 6 p.m. or 7 p.m. instead of 5 p.m. on weekdays. It was hard for me to get all the way out to their location during their hours.
