It went very well, on time and on budget!! Well done!! Completed in one day.

I sent four emails in several days Inquiring questions about the company, pulling permits, sole proprietor or family owned, does Atlas fence call utility locators, things of that nature. Asking such in decision making for major projects. The lady who answers the phone Jackie did not respond to me until the fourth email I had sent over and did not answer any questions I needed answered. Atlas Fence should not have someone under qualified in this position. The questions I asked were basic and the turn around rate should have been much more accurate in the service I received. Jackie pushed me off to an estimator as quickly as she could after four emails. I feel this person could have answered my questions promptly seeing she’s in the fence business. I’m very disappointed in Atlas fence and I chose to go elsewhere and I’m very pleased. On a side note, by the time an estimater did reach out to me and he was professional. However I was distraught in the service I had received. Your first impression is extremely important and I definitely was not impressed. I received poor service, lack of service. The email returned by Jackie was very bland in service and first point of contact should be willing to go above and beyond to help customers and be qualified in the questions I needed answered rather than pushing a customer off as quickly as possible with no explanation and unkind service. I hope in the future Atlas Fence can acquire better customer service.

Everything went well. They had a good price and did a great job.

The representative Atlas sent out did not appeal to me. He kept talking about ugly steel fences and I wanted an iron one. I figure maybe he was trying to get rid of something in stock. He rubbed me the wrong way and besides, they were asking a lot of money for a fence I did not even want. I would not use them again or talk to them about estimates.
