+ -1 moreI called for an estimate on fixing some of the window sills, pressure washing and painting the house. When Juan, looked at the house, he said that I should first pressure wash the house. He thought that the house might not need to be painted except in a few areas where there was damage to the wood. After they pressure washed the house, it really did not need to be painted. He fixed the damaged areas, giving some good suggestions where I could save money. I was really happy with all the work they did and in the time they did they did it. I would highly recommend them for future repair work, pressure washing and painting of the house. I really appreciated the fact that he suggested that I did not have to paint the entire house yet.
Description of Work: The Provider repaired and/or replaced wood in a number of places on the house and around the windows. He also sanded, caulked and painted some of the windows, replaced 3 brick moldings and pressure washed house.
