Description of Work: The tec called me to give the estaminet Itold him it was to high and told him I could replace the doors for what he wanted to the job. I thanked him and said good-by,and hung up. He then called back and called me "foul name"! I would NOT recommend using this locksmith!

+ -1 moreLocked out of the house because the deadbolt had broken, an after hours locksmith was desperately needed. Breaking a window to gain entry was NOT an option. We found Anytime, Anywhere on the internet, called the number and spoke to a very professional young woman who took the information. She also told me the cost of the service charge upfront. The locksmith, himself, responded within 5 minutes by phone and was at the house within 20 minutes. He looked at the lock, assessed it , gave a price and after an agreement, he went righ to work and completed his work in approximately 30 minutes. He had to pry off the very old lock and put on a new one. After he finished, he told the homeowner that a brass ring around the lock would make it look neater and better. He would return at her convenience to put the ring around the lock. He told her to write on the paid invoice that he would return when she called him to complete the job at no additional cost to her.
Description of Work: Took off an old broken bolt lock that had locked us out of the house and replaced it with a new one.
