One day after I dropped off the computer it was ready for pick-up. Knowledgable staff and fast service. A.M. - Tech will be my "go to" shop for future computer repairs.

A disappointment, not as advertised a totally different computer. Angie's list showed 350.00 dollars, price on computer was 250.00. I was disappointed period. False advertising. I thought about dealing with these people for repair. A bad experience, no way I would ever deal with them again.

Best Buy was going to charge $199.00 and said it would take two weeks. Adrian fixed my computer in two hours and charged me a lot less.

Very professional, fast, and very knowledgeable. I also bought a new gaming laptop for my son for Christmas. They are good at what they do, too. I would highly, recommend their services to anyone, and I will be going back.

This is the third time I have used AM-Tech and once again, I am pleased with their service and repairs. The screen on my laptop would only display horizontal lines if I opened it more than 30 degrees, essentially making the computer unusable. The technician at AM-Tech diagnosed the problem as a pinched or cut LCD cable. He said (assuming his diagnosis was correct) that it would take about one week to repair because he would have to order the part and gave me an estimate of about $125-150. I authorized the repair and in one week the job was complete. His diagnosis had been correct (he showed me the cut cable) and the total cost was less than $110 including an Angie's List 10% discount. The best part was that AM-Tech also performed a PC maintenance service at no charge.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It was a little peculiar because when I purchased it, I was a little confused as to how I would go about getting the service so I called the number and they had no idea that there was an Angie's List ad for them. They needed to double check with Angie's List to see what was going on and they finally called me back. They were very friendly. I got a computer system from them and I told them I had to come back because I wasn't 100% pleased with the quality but they were very nice and helpful people. A lady named Sue fixed it. They weren't very clear about the service in the Angie's List ad and they just kind of talked about the specs around it. When I went in there, I was told one thing on the phone and when I got there, that person was not there and then the person that was there was trying to change what the other one told me. It all got worked out in the end and they were very professional about it.

This is the second time we have used AM Tech, and once again we are pleased with the results. Our laptop would shut down after only a few minutes of usage. AM Tech did a diagnostic and determined that the hard drive was failing. They replaced the hard drive and recovered all data and most programs from the old hard drive. They also provided some recommendations on usage, web browsing, and anti-virus software that have proved useful. We have been using the repaired laptop for two months now and have had absolutely no problems. The computer operates as well or better than before.

The first person I spoke with was a woman, there was a foreign accent but understood her eventually. The same day u took my computer there since it was closer. I met one of their associates, he was nice & polite. It almost turned out to be a nightmare but was able to speak with & meet the owner Adrian. He didn't charge me for anything except for a computer which he charged me a lower price. When I got the refurbished computer home, had a few probs getting it started, called the owner, he charged me $20 to come out where I lived but made sure ' was able to operate my computer thoroughly. The Rep or worker that was helping me didn't follow up with me, I had to constantly call, it was about a week b4 I got help from the owner. Don't know if that person is still there but he doesn't know what he's doing. I just lost my job & for a whole week I couldn't do anything on my Computer, it was at their company. But again, the Owner Adrian. & his partner Austin made up for the whole mess & got me up & running. My low scores are only of their associate Clarence is still there, he was nice but not knowledgeable as I would have liked and very inconsistent with his diagnosis of my prob which I paid for up front by CC, they don't take checks. The service was excellent. AM Tech said it would take 2-3 days, but completed the job in one day. We have used the computer for over one month since the service was performed and have had absolutely no problems. The computer is free from viruses and is slightly faster than before. Their pricing for tune-ups and virus removal is very competitive.

They fixed the problem with the computer. It was not ready when they said it would be and somewhat frustrating to keep checking to see if it was ready to pick up, but they were very busy. They did what they said they would do at a very reasonable price.

They did work for me before. They are very reasonable in price. They do a good work. They are pretty fast. I have referred the people there.

Was not ready as promised. Some problem with obtaining parts.

I have to give them highest rates in every category. They were fantastic and also very fair in their pricing.

I was very satisfied. I would recommend them.
