The service turned out fine. They did an okay job with the work.

Provider arrived on time and explained what would be done. The job was completed in the time allotted. Provider was professional.

I've used them twice now and have been very pleased with their work. They were extremely responsive. I bought the big deal and he actually called me the next morning to see if he could come do the job and I wasn't available, but then he came the next day. So within two days of purchasing, I already had the work done. I actually was not here when he did the work. We talked over the phone because I had used him before. I told him what I wanted and when I came home it was clear that they had done what I had asked them to do. I had bought two hours of service time and it was clear to me that they must have been here longer than two hours because they actually went above and beyond what I asked. They even did a few other things and my backyard looked wonderful. I will certainly use them again. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

Staff responsive and scheduled with no problems. Completed service on date as promised. Aeration was sparse as I could not even see the plugs on the ground. Grass came up in some places, but not in most areas. Focus area on front lawn had no grass come back. I would not use the service again.

They again did an excellent job! They piled some branches in front for pick-up & the largest amount in back, they put through the wood chipper.

Very thorough. Racked and bagged all the mess. (W-S won't accept bags, so I'll simply load it all into my yard cart for pickup over the next few weeks.) They filled my empty cart so full that it could barely be moved. Thorough, and worked the entire time. I'd use them again if they worked in Winston-Salem more regularly. The yard looks like a yard again, not like an accident scene.

They cleaned my gutters and bagged what they removed from gutters. They blew the leaves from not only the front but also the back of my residence. They picked up all the downed tree limbs and had to cut up one tree and placed all on the side of the road. They cut low branches off a tree. They were very friendly and professional. Were finished in less than 2 hours.

Prompt as always! AlwaysGreen Turfcare contacted me prior to arrival and showed up to do the job. We have an acre of land with a lot of trees and sustained some limb damage/loss a few weeks ago due to ice. They came out and cleaned up the front and back yards as well as hauled off a pile of other limbs/brush from back of property. They are extremely professional and nice to work with.

Mr. Clarke had problems getting to us, because every time we scheduled a time, it would snow! But he was professional and never dropped the ball. When he arrived at the house with a co-worker the job was done quickly and thoroughly. As luck would have it, the appointment happened right after the ice storm on March 7. He cleaned the gutters, picked up all the limbs that fell from our old growth trees during the storm, then blew the leaves and debris and put them neatly where he was asked. We will call AlwaysGreen Turfcare again.

It was a good price and they were very thorough. They saw what needed to be done and did what they advertised. There were some scheduling issues initially due to weather but I would definitely have them back again.

I had a little trouble scheduling my appointment due to weather and their schedule. However, once we got a confirmed appointment, they were prompt and did a very good job. They listened as I explained what I wanted done. They were able to complete all the requested taskss. They did a good job cleaning up the debris. I would use this company again.

Originally came at an unannounced time when I wasn't home, and the weather wasn't quite right any way so we rescheduled for another date. I gave them more detailed instructions and also explained what all was going on with my wife so I didn't need to be there, and then everything went fine.

The service was excellent. They showed up on time and were prompt contacting me for the service. They worked diligently for the entire time period. I am very happy with the service. The yard looks wonderful both front and back.

I had bought an angieslist coupon & they honored it with no issues. I had another company that didn't so that was very important to me. They were very prompt & began working before I even came outside to meet them. They actually worked longer than what the coupon was for, plus they hauled away everything which was so nice of them. I very much appreciated what they did!!

Absolute perfection, prompt, did an excellent job within the time I'd paid for, and left the area around the perimeter of my house clean and neat. Very impressive, will sure use them again and again.

They came out when we were not there and did some things that we would not have wanted done.

In two hours two men, including the owner, blew a substantial amount of leaves from the yard and into a mulch pit for that purpose. I will probably use them in the future for other tasks, possibly residential and commercial.

They came on time and did everything I asked including cleaning orr all the growth on top of my carport. I gave them a B for quality because they left dog poop in a brick chip area off the patio and two huge and obvious weeds in the front. Other than that everything was great.

Contacted me immediately and completed the work within days of the purchase. Our lawn looks great and we have received compliments on how great it looks.

Showed up the day after my purchase. The only thing I would change is adding fertilizer application into the deal--even if it costs $10 more for customer.

Purchased as a special. Very good deal. Good communication. Questions answered promptly. Had to postpone several times due to weather, but stayed in contact. When the weather permitted, he and one helper arrived on time and worked steadily until every leaf was gone. I had a lot of leaves! Please don't hesitate to use this company. Very polite and professional.
