Description of Work: I purchased one of the deals for $99 for four hours of fall yard clean-up. I asked if we could put it off for a while as I wanted it to look nice for spring. No problem. Jimmy stayed in touch and once we settled on a date, he and one other gentleman came on time and worked steadily. I didn't think he was going to be able to do everything within the 4 hour time frame. But they did! And did a great job! I had used them once before and have no hesitation recommending them to someone else. He's professional, courteous and does everything just like he said he would. I will definitely be using him again and again. He actually deserves an A+++, but I am only allowed to give him an A!!

Description of Work: Called at the last minute wanting to do service immediately. I explained I wanted to kill some chickweed before their service. Was assured they would return and kill chickweed after service. Never showed back up. Watered lawn constantly over next few weeks. Except for a 20 X 20 spot in back yard ( where chickweed is) no real results from seeding / aeration.
