The team from All My Sons did a fantastic job moving us out of our home that we sold. My wife has several cherished antique pieces of furniture that were handed down through her family and they took time to carefully wrap everything and get it prepared to move into storage. I would highly recommend All My Sons for your next move.

If you are torn between hiring All My Sons or Two Men and a Truck, go with Two Men and a Truck. This was by far the worst moving experience Iâ ve ever had, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, timely, and reliable service. BTW: Be sure to read the part where the manager hung up on me. To begin with the only positive: the two movers who arrived were politeâ a middle-aged Black man and a younger Black man who seemed to try their best given the situation. However, beyond their attitudes, the experience was incredibly disappointing. I was initially quoted $175 per hour, which was lowered to $140 to compete with Two Men and a Truck. On the day of the move, however, I noticed that the rate listed on the paperwork wasnâ t the $140 Iâ d been promised. Despite being rushed to sign, I reviewed the paperwork and discovered the discrepancy. I brought this up to the manager, Jeff, who assured me heâ d follow up the next day. Ultimately, they had to refund me, as the paperwork rate differed from the quote. Had I not checked, I would have been knowingly overcharged. Despite this corrected rate and a quote for 3.5 hours, the service was inefficient and costly. The move started at 3 PM and didnâ t conclude until nearly 9 PMâ approximately 3 hours beyond what was quoted. Even though my apartment used a large freight elevator, the movers seemed unprepared and ignored my suggestion to break down my L-shaped desk, which prolonged the process. Maneuvering the desk caused significant digs and scratches on my walls, and they ultimately had to disassemble it as Iâ d originally suggested. During the move, it inexplicably took them over 30 minutes to travel eight minutes to my new home. I even made a stop and still arrived with them. Upon arrival, they sat in the truck for another 15 minutes, costing me an extra $38 while I waited for them to start unloading. Despite hiring a professional service, per the manager I was expected to initiate their unloading process by knocking on their truck doorâ a ridiculous expectation for a paying customer. Once they finally began unloading, I provided clear instructions for certain items to be taken upstairs, especially those too heavy for one person. Instead, they left everything in the living room, stating theyâ d move items upstairs afterward. After some items were moved, I went downstairs only to find my front door partially open and the movers gone without notice. My belongings were unsecured in the living room, vulnerable to anyone walking in. This level of irresponsibility and lack of communication is shocking. The worst part came the next day when I called Jeff, the manager, to address these issues. He was dismissive and rude, even suggesting it was my fault for not knocking on the truck door to prompt the movers. He justified their unprofessional behavior by saying one of them was a â veteranâ mover. When I continued to expressed my dissatisfaction, he abruptly hung up on me in mid-sentence, despite the fact Iâ d paid nearly $1,000 for what should have been a $500-$600 job. When I called back, Jeff offered only a weak excuse that â he mustâ ve dropped his headset.â Ridiculous, right?! His sole solution was a refund for the 15 minutes the movers sat in the truck and an offer to send someone back on a different day to move the items theyâ d left downstairs. This meant rearranging my schedule for a service Iâ d already paid for, which was mishandled from start to finish. As a professional myself, I am appalled by the complete lack of respect for customer service, time, and money that All My Sons displayed. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhereâ perhaps Two Men and a Truck or any company that values its customers, respects their time, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service. Save yourself the frustration, expense, and disappointment.

Kendrick and Cam offered the perfect the service. They were communicative, punctual, efficient, polite, and helpful. Moving is generally a hassle but working with Kendrick and Cam from All My Sons made things much easier. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for good, reliable assistance with a move. I called the operations manager to book and was able to get my move schedule for the same week.

I had a delay in my moving time due to me not having access to my storage unit and Barry and Travis were very nice and stayed until I got my storage unit open along with a quick move with my furniture!!

Elijah and his team arrived on time. Elijah introduced his team and each of them was courtesy and professional. As the team got immediately to work, Elijah went over the required paperwork clearly. The guys put down floor protector and handled my furniture with care. A really great leader, team and job.

My family used All My Sons Greensboro because we thought they were a trusted and reliable company. They damaged multiple items, scratched and dented the brand new wood floors, dented a fridge, and damaged a family heirloom upright piano on a small move from our downstairs floor to our garage so floors could be redone. Their movers admitted to causing the damage. My wife sent pictures and multiple quotes totaling approximately $4000 in damage they caused to them for reimbursement. They demanded she sign a non disclosure agreement in exchange for a few hundred dollars. A company offering hush money in exchange for not received truthful reviews is immoral, dishonest, and untrustworthy. Please be careful doing business with them, my family never will again unless they take responsibility for the damages they caused.

I hired All My Sons Moving to do my move from Graham to Kernersville last week and I was extremely pleased how well everything went. Jawan Leath and his team did an outstanding job!! Professional, prepared, friendly and helpful. I moved from a first floor apartment to a third floor unit and the guys never once complained about all the stairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to move!! Thank you for making my move totally stress free! You guys are amazing

Carey and Bryan did an excellent job with our moving, great customer service and they went above and beyond to met our expectations. I donâ  t give a 5 just because my washer hose got smash and some scratches on my bed room set, besides that they did amazing.

I donâ t usually write posts like this but in this case I wish someone had written one before I chose to work with All My Sons. Our family experienced a flood in our home due to a faulty pipe in our crawl space, which caused extensive damage to our home. We were required to move out for a month in order to have the wood floors replaced and refinished. We hired All My Sons in Greensboro, NC to assist us with moving the entire first floor of our home, including all furniture, stove/oven, family heirloom piano, and refrigerator out of our house and into our garage while our home was repaired. Our move-out team consisted of 3 men, who moved us out quickly, however they struggled to get the refrigerator out of our home, denting our refrigerator and breaking internal fridge shelves. They also gouged our front wood door. Upon moving back into our home, I specifically booked another 3 man team, however, only two gentlemen arrived and one said he was over 60 years old, and was starting to have back problems. They moved our furniture back in slowly but surely making note of obvious damage the previous move-out team caused to our belongings. It only got worse as they brought in our stove/oven, which while placing, they scratched our newly refinished floors. Then we noticed that there was another large dent and scratches where they had placed and moved our refrigerator. I had not even been in my home an hour before the brand new floors were damaged in multiple places. They also scratched and dented an upright family heirloom piano. The movers admitted to the mistakes and sent me the appropriate paperwork to file for the $4000 in damages they caused, for which we presented multiple quotes for repair. Then All My Sons emailed a DocuSign document offering me a settlement of $600 with a non disclosure agreement that I couldn't say anything negative about the company. It was completely unacceptable that All My Sons caused $4,000 worth of damages to our home and belongings, including the new floors, in which they clearly admitted to causing the damage but will not cover their mistakes. I hope that nobody has the headache of what our family has been through the last 7 months. The nondisclosure agreement they tried to have us sign showed that this is an unethical and untrustworthy company. All I want is for our home to be made right for our family with small children.
