They did a great first assessment. When the tests came back they offered me great options for caring for my home. The people I met with had a friendly and honest disposition, 10 out of 10 would recommend for your mold and remediation needs

Bill was awesome to work with. His team was on time, did what they committed to do, was efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Bill was great at communicating and keeping you informed. He took pictures along the way for us so we knew what was going on. I would highly recommend AllDry Services of the Triad.

We contacted All Dry Services after running the dishwasher for the first time in a new home. All of the water during the cycle ran out of the bottom of the dishwasher into the hardwood flooring. Some of the water went through to the crawl space but some stayed on the subflooring underneath the hardwood flooring. We had no way of knowing where water was standing on the subfloor. We contacted All Dry and Louis came out the next day to complete an assessment. Louis was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He ran tests with a moisture meter and a Flir thermal camera. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all our questions. He was great!! He was able to determine the extent of the damage and where the hardwood flooring need to be removed. It was obvious to us that All Dry Services puts the homeowner as the top priority. We will never hesitate to contact All Dry if needed again and will be telling others about their exceptional service. Thank you to both Louis and All Dry Services!!
