Description of Work: The home we bought had an alarm system already installed, but we never used it. After there was an attempted break-in in our neighborhood, we decided to use the system and have it monitored. | |Alarmguard sent a tech to demonstrate how to use it, and since then they have always been very responsive to our questions and concerns.

 + -1 moreThe monitoring is about $30 a month. Their service is good. They are prompt and thorough.
Description of Work: They do my alarm system service and the monitoring service. I have just had them do routine repairs like replacing the batteries in the sensors.

 + -1 moreI've been using them for 4 or 5 years. They have been very reliable. I know that they are there because when there was a problem, they called and asked me what happened to the power. I just got a bill yesterday for 3 months for $60. It is $20 a month. They provide the protection that I need. I haven't compared their prices.
