They did the whole job from start to finish. They had to remove my frozen coils from the attic in the dead of summer. I've never seen two guys work so hard or sweat so much. They did an analysis of the system and recommended an additional cold air return to improve the efficiency. And it did. I've had one glitch and they were very thorough about coming out and fixing it. They have always been extremely accommodating and responsive. Their guys are nice, respectful of the premises, do what they say, and are timely and professional. I would recommend them anytime.

We have one particular technician that we asked for each time. He even wears covers on shoes when he comes in the house! We’ve had good service from them and have no complaints.

They were fair and the work was fine. They did have to come back a second time to get the job done correctly as opposed to the first time where we thought it was resolved already (we weren’t charged for the service call the second time).

Went very well. Tech (Sherman) was right on time, was friendly, professional, and courteous. Performed the services, explained what he did, provided read outs of the diagnostics he performed, made some recommendations for filters, and then was on his way. No pressure, no upsell.

Air Treatment Inc. has been taking care of my heating and air conditioning unit for many years. They are very responsive to my customer calls and I have found them to be very honest and trustworthy throughout the years.

Our first estimate from another company was for 5,000.00-for a new air conditioner. Said current one couldn't be repaired.

I contacted Air Treatment to test my two Lennox Pulse furnaces. These furnaces have a know problem of developing leaks in the heat exchanger. The one for our upstairs located in the attic was fine. The downstairs unit located in the crawlspace had a small leak. Since I have a home warranty I decided to replace the leaking unit. Since the home warranty people pick the service provider, Air Treatment was not the company they sent. The other company came out and to made a long story short I would have had to pay them around 1800.00 out of pocket on top of what the warranty company covered. I called Air Treatment and they gave me some very good advice about a unit that I could put in that would allow me to get a tax credit for 30% of the unit and installation cost. I contacted the warranty people and ended up getting a cash settlement from them which with the tax credit would end up costing me less out of pocket. I decided to go with Air Treatment. They were able to schedule the installation quickly which was good since I had been dealing with the warranty people for some time and my unit was unusable. They installed the unit quickly and did an excellent job. Everyone was very professional and helpful. They cleaned up after installation and the unit has been running fine since. I would highly recommend Air Treatment. I would also like to mention that during the time I was dealing with the home warranty and the other heating and air company, I called Air Treatment numerous time asking them about what the other company was saying, about the unit the warranty people were trying to put in and about many other questions about gas furnaces. Even though they knew that I very well might go through the warranty and other company, they were more than happy to answer my questions and promptly return my calls. They really seemed to want me to get the best furnace and job done that I could whether they did it or not.

Company did an evaluation which was thorough and spelled out several problems with possible solutions. Company follow up for questions and then produced quote for different options. Company provided temporary a/c unit for our house during the work phase of 2 days. Installation went as planned. Owner made a couple of visits to insure quality and answer questions. Company made n/c adjustments. Company delivered bill 3 weeks after installation. Excellent experience.

I have been using their services for four to five years. They are very prompt with their appointment, they are here when they say they will be here. They are good about keeping their appointments. They have a good quality of service.
