I was extremely impressed with Air Treatment Inc. all the way from the initial meeting to obtain the quote to the installation of the unit. Ian met with me to look at the job and was professional and provided the quote that day which was cheaper than two others I had already received for the same Carrier Gas Pack. The installation was scheduled and completed quickly and I was impressed with the crew that came out to complete the job and once finished, everything was explained about the unit and how to use the new thermostat as well. I have already hired them to do another job at a rental property and highly recommend them if you are looking for a new HVAC System.

As usual, did a great job, but I was hoping for a lower cost since we have a service contract.

I've never had any problem with them. They replaced my heat pump a few years ago, which was the original that the builder had supplied, but that was not under the contract; however, they did give me 10% off on the cost.

They came the same day I called. They found out a board on the furnace had gone out. Air Treatment found a part and the technician went and got it and returned and put in the new board. The technician was very polite and professional and got the job done. Air Treatment has been great to work with over the years.

Installed new system in January. We had a few problems with constant running and had the service guy out. Came the summer and the upstairs never got cool below 78 despite a setting of 68 at thermostat. Realized they had never come back to check on new system in warm weather. They came but were never able to get the differential under 6 degrees. No further suggestions or replies from them I contacted two other companies who suggested the largest upstairs room needed two vents. Now I face the decision of who to work with and at what additional cost. I would say billing is great, they always arrive on time. follow through is poor.

They did a superb job and went out of their way to provide me with an excellent HVAC package by discounting to me a dented heat pump that they had been offered by the factory. I got it for their price. It was an expensive piece of equipment flawless save for a small cosmetic ding near the bottom. Hardly noticeable!! They took possession of it for me and I got a super package for a very reasonable price. They also pointed out that the primary HVAC unit had a mislocated thermostat in a room that would always read warm thus underheating the rest of the area. They moved the thermostat and the climate control is so much better! They have improved upon my existing system once before in my other house. I totally trust them with my HVAC and have had to call upon them on evenings and weekends and they have always been so responsive!

Went well. We have used Air Treatment for many years. They provide AC service in spring and Heating check in Fall. The employees and technicians are very professional. We have high confidence in their knowledge and responsiveness.

We have been using Air Treatment for 13 years. They have put in replacement gas furnace and air conditioning compressor. They always are prompt, courteous and very professional. They are not the cheapest company to use but they are the best for service and quality work and they stand behind their work and materials. We have always had a maintenance contract with them on our heat and air and have never been disappointed in the 13 years that we have used them.

When we replaced our entire system a few years ago,the owner,Bart, looked at our situation and listened to what we wanted and suggested a good system for both our upstairs and downstairs. He had information we were not aware of for rebates directly from the utility companies for installation of high efficiency units. Always have been punctual and competent.

The work turned out great! I worked closely with Charles as he installed the unit. Charles is really good. However, dealing with the administrative people was a little difficult. We went with them because they put in the original unit.

They respond very promptly. The work turned out very well. Charles was the technician who came out. I use him all the time. He comes out and performs all of our annual checks for the past four or five years.

There has been something wrong with the system every month since Its been installed. Definitely not what I was expecting buying A brand new system. They have been out here entirely too many times. Still have leaks in duct work and no one seen them or fixed them. Am going to have some one else come out and make sure everything is done correcrtly and seal ducting correctly and test it.
