 + 0 moreEvery time they 'fix' a computer they end up wiping it. I could have wiped the computer. They also were not familiar with TrueCrypt which is a pretty standard encryption software. They did do the work fast and got the computer running quickly for my employee and eventually did get the data recovered.
Description of Work: Recovered data from a computer that had crashed.
