The sewer drain system for our house is now fixed! We have used many plumers through the years but none can come close to the professionalism and friendliness of Alex the Plumber and Christy Foster the owner! The office was very pleasant and helpful. Tried to answer as many questions as possible on the phone. Since we had this issue on a number of occasions in the past. They told me that they could run a camera down the line to see if there were cracked or broken pipe or tree roots. I said that I would wait on their recommendation when they got here. Adrian arrived right on time. He asked the necessary questions to determine where he should start and then went to work. He was here a total of one hour and solved the problem. The camera was not needed, so I saved money. Our best experience with a plumber ever.

We were calling around to see if they could fix a busted pipe in our yard. The person on the phone explained that they did not do that particular type of service but then went out of her way to refer us to another company that worked out beautifully. That kind of service, even to someone who was not a customer, is greatly appreciated.

They're a good company. I had a drain problem. Mr. Garcia was very helpful. I wasn't in town. I called and he came to my rental property. It was a type of problem he doesn't fix. He referred me to someone else. He didn't charge me. He told me what the problem was. He was very punctual and easy to work with. The over the phone interaction was very positive. I will call them again when I need my septic tank drained. I was very lucky to find him.

The sink became clogged on Sunday evening while doing the dinner dishes. After working with the plumber's friend and trying to get the disposal to unclog the drain, I called Able Sewer and Drain (approximately 8:30 p.m. Sunday evening). My call was answered promptly by an employee (not just an answering service) who scheduled a visit the following morning. The service person "Johnny" called when on the way and arrived within a half hour of the expected time. My assumption of a clogged trap was incorrect. The line was clogged further down and required the use of the power snake to clear the line. The whole job took no more than 1 1/2 hours from start to finish. I gladly paid the $85 charge and was thankful I had not tried to clear the problem myself. The service person was prompt, courteous and professional in every way. He was careful to clean up after himself.

Alex Garcia was very professional. He located the out take in my garage where he hooked up his machine. The whole process took about an hour. He cleaned up after he had cut out the roots in my pipes. I thought the price was very reasonable. I would call them again if I have another problem. I have no problem recommending them.

I stated out with another provider that my family has used before. They came out and ran a power snake to the road but the line would not drain. They called the city to find the clean out located at the street. The first crew the city sent could not find the street clean out and ran their power snake at least to the street but could not clear the line. The city crew put in a work order for a backhoe to dig and find the pipe and or install a street clean out. The second crew showed up found and dug up the clean out. The street clean out showed the stopped was still between the house and street. My first provider worked till 8 PM trying to clear the sludge and had pushed some of it out when he gave up and told me I needed to have a hydro sewer cleaner provider to do the job and left. I price having it done by a hydro cleaner and found the cost to be high starting at $450.00 for the first hour and $150.00 per additional hour. I also contacted Able Sewer and drain and after explaining what was needed Alex said although they did not provide the Hydro cleaning service he thought that most of the work was done and that he could clean out the line. I decided to give Alex a try and called him back. He arrived within 30 minutes at 1PM and had the line clear in 15 minutes. He had me turn on all the water I could and spent another 15 or so minutes running his power snake back and forth to be sure the line was clear. All in all he saved me a lot of cash and was very professional in his work. I told him not to cover either of the drain clean-outs back up because I wanted to do it in a way I could easily find them and get to them should I ever have a problem again. Charles Graham

They changed their schedule so I would be able to pick up my girls from school. They got here early, got right to work, and fixed the problem.

Alex was amazing!! He called each time before he came and arrived when he said he would. He was very nice and professional and kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way. The problem with my washer has been going on for 54 years. Numerous problems from different companies have come out but Alex is the first person who knew what to do to and fixed it. He was a perfectionist! He worked quickly and efficiently. I will always call Abel!

When the washing machine would empty the kitchen sinks would backup and subs would be in them. The bathroom sink would not drain properly. I had two other companies that worked on this same problem along with other work and did not correct these problems. The men from Able were here for less than one hour and corrected the problems. I would definitely use them again.

It went well but he asked A LOT of questions prior to arriving at my property. He asked a lot of questions pertaining to the clogged drain and used terminology that I was not familiar with.

When the washing machine drained, we could hear a gurgling sound in a nearby sink, so we suspected a partial blockage in the drains to the sewer. We called Able Sewer & Drain Cleaning, recommended to us by a third party. They scheduled the service for 8:30 the next morning -- very responsive in our book. Alex, the service technician, called the next morning to let us know he was on the way and in fact arrived a little early. He was fast and efficient. He quickly assessed the problem, and told us what he was going to do to fix it:: cable-clean the laundry line from the roof vent and cable-clean the drain under the sink, which had a clean-out installed there. He cleaned up after the work and was finished in a little less than an hour. The $76.50 charge was after a 10% senior discount -- very reasonable.
