We needed emergency service late on a Saturday afternoon. The lady - possibly the company's owner - who answered the phone was very courteous and professional. The technician who responded - Jeff Sewell - was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job. He called to confirm and also sent a text with his ETA. When he arrived, he diagnosed the problem, located the exterior clean-out plug, and cleared the drain. He also helped clean up standing water inside with a wet-vac and replaced some plants that had to be dug up to reach the clean-out plug. This is the first time I've had to call a plumber in the Greensboro area and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. Prompt, courteous, effective and a very fair price. I would definitely call Able Sewer and Drain Cleaning company again.

Called and got a response time from Greensboro in 45 minutes diagnosed 2 issues and had than fixed one cleaned up in less than 2 hours. Great, speedy and friendly service.

We call them every six months. They charge $85 an hour. We always call them so that we never have to worry about it. When you call them, they show up. They came exactly on time and helped us out.

Took longer than expected b/c of problems w/location of clog but crew work diligently to resolve problem and were able to open line.

Alex was able to got to my house in under 30 Mins and had the drain unclogged in lets then an hour.

It took some trial and error and a lot of persistence but the technician worked diligently and quickly to find resolution. Very pleased!
