After ABC Roofing installed new gutters, upon closer inspection, several concerning issues emerged. Despite everything appearing satisfactory from ground level, closer scrutiny revealed multiple shingles with 5-inch tears and instances of nail holes or nails directly hammered into the shingles. Additionally, they failed to properly remove existing gutter guards, leaving sharp metal edges exposed. Moreover, a section of the installation lacked proper slope, resulting in inadequate drainage. Notably, these damages were not visible from ground level, meaning someone unable to access the roof initially would have been unaware. This experience was disappointing, especially as it seemed they attempted to conceal the issues initially. However, after persistent attempts to reach out, they eventually addressed the problems following multiple calls and emails.

I payed 2,000.00 up front he said it would be 2 to 3 weeks this was in nov. 2 2020 , no call or show , i call them 6 weeks later i ask for a update ,they said they were still waiting on the siding , waited 2 more weeks still nothing so I call back again and ask for a update but time i told them i was going to the BBB and all of a sudden they calling me and telling me they are still waiting on the siding at this point I told them I wanted my money back ,so now they said it will be here next week guess what its next week and still no siding , so i want my money back of we can go to court because i don't trust them to do a good job or they will over charge me now so angie's list what are you going to do about this , it is unacceptable to take your money and then they forget about you , its going on 3 months now i can do it myself faster than they can do it or i can wait until Jesus comes back either way it would be faster than they can do it , so my advice is not to hire them they talk a good game but they cannot deliver

They are a great company. High class work. They did what they were supposed to do. Good employees.

0%Jon came to my property on time as promised. He saw the gutters and he told me that is not necessary to change the gutters but only put a leaf protection system on top of it (few other contractors suggested the same.) I agreed to his terms and the service provider was on time on Saturday to do the job. They used a different company to do the job and when I asked them to put sealant in the gutters, they had to ask their boss for it. The contract I signed said that they would clean the gutters, so I assumed that a new sealant for the gutters is a must. They finished the job quickly and efficiently. But one single from the roof dropped after they finished the job. So, I called them to come back and fix the problem. It was a couple of weeks with phone calls back and forth in order to have the issue resolved. The product during a heavy rain has the capacity to drain the water at around 80 to 90%.

Revised review (though I had not stated anything false previously) I had a very bad and upsetting experience with this company and it's owner.

I had a pleasant experience with ABC Roofing. When Greg came by for the estimate, he noticed I had defective shingles and suggested filing a claim with the manufacturer. That was very interesting since I had several estimates and no one had notice the defect. He was very helpful with the claim. Also, he had some suggestions on how to correct a leak around the chimney. He did an excellent job! He completed the job in a timely manor and did a great job cleaning up. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Their service was good. They had recommended a ridge vent which I was unfamiliar with. It was to improve air circulation and I thought it was a good idea. It seemed reasonable.

Sean, the sales person was very courteous and took the time to explain things thoroughly. No high pressure sales. On roofing day, I was not home, but the supervisor called to give a progress report, and then to let me know they were finished. Fascia and gutters were done later. They did miss a few nails when cleaning up after doing the fascia, but overall they were very courteous and professional. I would recommend them. Not the cheapest, but not out of line with other roofers.

Excellent! This guy is good. Greg comes to see you at the appointed time, even calls 15 minutes prior to make sure you are at home. He is a long time roofer who decided to run his own business as he thinks he can provide a better service. Greg explains all the services, options and gives his recommendations including a highly detailed estimate. His guys arrived on time per schedule and had the job done in 2 days. One of the amazing things was the cleanliness of the operation, I was taken aback by the attention given to leaving a good impression. I had quotes from 5 roofers, he wasn't the cheapest he wasn't the most expensive, but I felt very comfortable dealing with him and now have a great looking (non leaking) roof. The final bill was the exact same amount as on the written estimate; no surprises.

I would give them an "A+"; the job turned out quite well. I feel I received a fair price. The Leaf Guard is great I will never have to worry about gutter cleaning again. They left no mess behind when they were done working. There are no leaks or any issues with the work.

Greg Flury, the owner, was very professional and very organized. He gave the estimate, which was in fact the final price, and also inspected the roof VERY thoroughly once the workers completed the project. We would definitely hire ABC Roofing again!
