I was give Jeff's Information from two of my friends. After calling him in the morning he came to fix the two appliances when I got off work the same day. He came on time and found the problem quickly. I was very pleased with the quality of work Jeff did for me!

We called on Thursday, March 6th, and were told they would be out on Friday, March 7th. Unfortunately, the area had a major ice storm on Friday morning, where most of the area lost power. Our power stayed up, though. We never received a call from them to reschedule, although we assumed that they wouldn't be out because of the roads. Never heard from them over the weekend, either. I had to call them on Monday morning to reschedule. However, once I called and rescheduled, they came out the next day and fixed the dryer within an hour. Very friendly and professional. We would use them again.

This was the second time I used them. They came out to repair a Maytag washer that was broken, and they replaced an electrical panel. The person that came out was very good, as has been in the past when I used them. Their work, in all, is top quality, and they're very professional and punctual. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

He told me the belts probably needed to be replaced but he would look the machine over. His invoice notes that the motor and pump were "OK". He charged $124.00 to replace the two belts + tax. The next time I did a load of laundry there was standing water at the end of cycle. I called Mr. Corbett- he did not call back. I called another repair service (for $60) and was told the pump and transmission were shot- I needed a new washer and that the belts only cost $24. I called Mr. Corbett and told him he did not diagnosed the problem correctly (? at all) and I wanted a refund. He asked that I send him the invoice of the 2nd service and he would call me after he looked at it. I mailed him a copy of the invoice and a letter stating my displeasure that I had spent almost $200 to discover that I had a washer that would cost more to repair than it would to buy a new one. I've heard nothing from him. I'm also writing the BBB.
