My home had not been cleaned in 80 years. I was pleased with the pressure washing job.

He is very kind... reasonable and keeps in touch. We had to reschedule because of weather. And he finished the job well.

Outstanding job by Dave. He arrived on time, and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He worked hard to get all the stains and dirt off of the outside of my house. Looks like the day it was built again. My neighbor was also impressed, and hired him to do his house. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs his services, you will not be disappointed.

Did a very good job

This man is an absolute crook. Not only did he not clean anything. I mean he did absolutely nothing. He hung out in my house for 2 hours. Claimed he cleaned my floors. They were covered in dirt. Said he vacuumed no vacuum lines anywhere on the carpet. So we put a stop payment on his check. Not paying him to do absolutely nothing. Told him it was not going to clear. He claimed I had no integrity. So what does he do. He goes to Ace check cashing and fraudulently cashes a bad check the following day. He just stole $180 from Ace Check Cashing after trying to steal the money from me. He would not clean appliances, windows, countertops, or mirrors. Nothing was included apparently. So what did he do to deserve our money? He did not render any services. He does not deserve a dime. I hope his axx ends up in jail for fraud

Friendly and fast.

I hired 1st Building Maintenance to pressure wash the exterior of my home. He was highly recommended by a close friend. I was not present during the service. When I returned home, I was shocked at the results. The gutters looked as if they hadn't been cleaned. Several areas on the siding still has dirt while others areas appeared to have been cleaned. The work was very inconsistent. I immediately called David. We met 6 days later and he agreed that he missed some areas. He also provided a reason as to why the gutters appeared untouched. He stated the color from the roof shingles bled onto the gutters. While walking the job with him, I noticed huge bleach stains in my grass. It was obvious that whatever chemical he used spilled onto my grass. Although he agreed to come out a week and half later to fix the issue, I chose to sever ties. I have been a homeowner for over 20 years and have always invested in my assets. Never have I experienced poor quality work such as this. I unfortunately paid for the service prior to the looking at the results. I am out of that cost and the cost to repair my yard. I would NOT recommend this company for pressure washing.

David did a great job. My floors look so nice.

David did an outstanding job restoring my wood and vinyl floors. There was a tremendous amount of dirt, stains, and damage, and I never expected the floors to look as good as they did when he finished. The cost was also very fair. He will be my first choice for any future floor work.

David did an outstanding job power washing my driveway, front walkway and back patio surfaces. They had not been power washed in over 3 years so there was substantial build-up. He got that concrete so white it almost hurts my eyes in the sun. He had all the right equipment and brought a helper to assist with moving patio furniture. Very satisfied and will hire him again.

They took their time and did an excellent job. My house was a mess. It is now very clean. My HOA wonâ t be bothering me! Scheduling was easy! There was great communication . I would definitely recommend and I will be hiring again in the future.
