Pamlico Tree Care LLC

Pamlico tree was very responsive when i first contacted them. They came and gave me an estimate and were very prompt and reasonably priced. However, they gave me a date 3 weeks out for Sept 23. I put the dog in the kennel, got the kids out of the house, and they never showed up or called. I called them every day for a week. None answered or returned my call. wHEN i finally got in touch with them they gave me excuses and promised to call me back with a new date. I am still waiting for that phone call that will obviously never happen. I would not recommend them at all.

Our experience with Pamlico was excellent, I would recommend them. Their pricing is competitive, and we will continue to use them in the future.

We have had them before. We have had some trees cut to avoid hurricane damage on our house. They removed 2 trees, trimmed a couple of trees, and ground up the stump. They were great. They came in and went to work, and it didn't take them very long at all. They cleaned everything up. There was a problem with one tree, as it was close to the porch, since they couldn't get in they said this is the best we can do and they worked with us. They were very experienced in what they did and their clean up was incredible, more than we expected. They were really good. One tree was pretty large, they are big high pine trees and they were rotten and we were afraid it will come on the house. Usually you don't get this kind of service.
