+ -1 moreTim and Scott met all expectations. They are the kind of professionals who make you immediately comfortable with their skills and as a bonus, they become fast friends. The mark of a good contractor is one that leaves you looking for more projects to award to the worker(s). On that note, Tim and Scott are coming back in two weeks!

+ 0 moreTim Spears was very responsive to my call and came and looked over the job and gave me a very fair price for completing the work. He was delayed a couple days to begin but was very up front about the delay and communicated it to me quickly. Once on the job they were very professional and were aware of our privacy with the hours they worked. Very professional and courteous and he explained everything as he went so we could make good sound decisions on what we wanted. I would hire him and Scott again and will do so when more work is needed.
Description of Work: Did pressure washing of driveway, wood deck, concrete deck and sidewalks. Painted garage doors, outside door, lentels above windows, vents and around front door. Also cleaned gutters and siding. Stained concrete deck and sidewalk.

+ 0 moreTim presented a fair estimate for the job and completed the work with his crew in a few days. They not only performed the work in a timely manner but also were meticulous about cleaning up after their work. Some of my bushes has to be trimmed in order to get the ladders located and Tim and his crew hauled off these limbs without asking. They also cleaned up well each day and asked permission to leave the ladders on the property during the job. Also they washed the exterior windows in the areas stained. I can highly recommend Tim and Linda for the quality and service they deliver as well as their fair pricing.
Description of Work: Exterior pressure washing, repair of bird and bug damage, and staining of wood house and painting of utility room door. I supplied the stain at Tim's recommendation.

Description of Work: Tim & Linda spent apx 2 wk at our home. They & their team pressure washed our 2 story home, cleaned gutters, washed windows, stained front door, clean, pressure washed & sealed 2 decks & front porch. Painted all trim on the outside as well as the pillars & post on the porch. Painted screened in deck, installed lattice work, replaced 1 outside & 2 inside doors. Painted 3 bathrooms & hall inside. Replaced outdoor lights with motion lights
