+ -1 moreHe was able to identity that the thermostat was bad, and that it was still under warranty, so he told me to swap it out where I bought it. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I called in the morning and he was at my house and had my a/c working that afternoon.
Description of Work: Heat pump was putting out heat when the thermostat was calling for a/c.

Description of Work: Serviced frozen up heat pump. The Tech, Who was absolutely great, isolated the problem narrowed it down and repaired it. Unlike previous times, when I just got someone off the Yellow Pages, this visit left me feeling confident that the problem had truly been found and fixed. I would absolutely recommend Southern Air again and I will ask for this technician by name. So A+++ and thanks Angie's list

+ -1 moreMy family had been without air for over a week. We had at least 6 different technicians out who did not seem to care. All the wanted to do was sell us a new unit (which we did not need at the time) for a very high price. Mr. Hensley came out gave us a great quote for a new unit and looked at the unit and was able to find the problem very quickly. He fixed it in a timely fashion and was extremely nice. I will recommend this gentlemen to EVERYONE that has any kind of HVAC issues or just needs regular maintaining of their system. Thank you so much for your professionalism.
Description of Work: He replaced the parts for the heat pump to get it up and running again.
