 + 0 moreMost sub-contractors performed very well and the quality of our house met our expectations. We moved in December 2010. In June 2011, Providence Home Builders informed us that no further funds were due from us for our construction. HOWEVER, to date (April 2013) the company has been unable to refund our sizeable deposit requiring legal action on our part.
