Description of Work: I saw that there was only 1 review on Piedmont who gave them an A. However, I decided to call them anyway on 2/5/16 to get a quote on some roof work. I called an left a message approximately Feb 5th and never received a call back. Michael Davis' voicemail message says "I'll call you back by the end of the day". Nope. I waited and then called him back again on 2/8/16, referred to the voicemail I left the previous week and to please call. No call back. Today is 2/12. Unresponsiveness, I feel, is not too professional. If he didn't want to do the work or was too busy, I would have appreciated a call back anyway.
