Jeremy is very professional and attentive to his customer.  He was there at the time he had scheduled. His technician Tommy performed the work diligently and acurately.  I am very satisfied with the product and definately the service extended to me.

After trying unsuccessfully to get several major companies to call me back. I contacted my banker, who's husband owns an air conditioning company. After I explained my problem she said she would call her husband (who was working a large job out of town). To my delight that evening she and her husband came to my home. He quickly determined that both of my 13 year old heat pumps were near death. He refilled both with freeon and gave an estimate for their replacement. He explained that he had to complete the out of town job before he would able to start my work. We made the decision to wait 6 weeks. During the next week I was able to get 2 more estimates for the exact equipment and installation. They were both between 15 and 20% higher. Less than a week later my unit died. My bankers husband arranged for Finish Line Heating and Air to be at my house the next morning. They completed the work quickly. They were by far the most professional service providers I have ever had in my home. They left no mess and were very organized. I was truly impressed and will recommend them to everyone who will listen.
