Found an issue with water pressure going into the house that was the source of all of the other issues. Price was more than fair and everyone we dealt with was very professional.

When I first called I spoke to Sheila who was very personable and professional. I was told they would come in the afternoon and was called during the morning to say they could come earlier if I wanted them to. Both men were very polite and professional. I needed the entire plumbing under my kitchen sink reset. I had purchased new countertops and sinks and faucet. Everything needed to be put back together. They did the work in half the time I thought it would take.they even had to add parts that connect the sink and disposal to the PVC pipes. They also cleared out a nearly totally blocked bathtub drain. The price was much less than I expected, I will definitely use them again.

We called Bill's Plumbing about 8 in the morning. The plumber arrived about 1 p.m., located the problem, and removed the very old sewer pump which had stopped working. He then drove to a supplier, got a new pump, and returned and installed and tested it. This resolved our emergency situation and at a very reasonable total of 3 hours labor (including time spent getting the new pump). We were thrilled with the prompt and efficient service.

Arrived promptly, had all he needed with him, and completed the repair in about an hour.

He came when he was supposed to. He called twice before hand to make sure everything was still moving forward. He arranged for the inspector to be here while I was here. They cleaned up the yard well after they were finished. He advised me to wait a few months before planting grass seed or it might wash away. He did everything he said he was going to do.
