Description of Work: Fixed a roof leak. Still leaked when finished and made a return trip at no cost and repaired leaking area. Very pleased with service.

Description of Work: Contacted provider 3 times to obtain estimate for new roof . Received email apology after 2nd contact : ("I am so sorry. I think Jose forgot to get the estimate ready. I know that he went back to the house and got measurements. I will get everything from him and have you an estimate by the weekend. Thanks"), that was one month ago. Received no response after 3rd contact

Description of Work: Tear off old roofing shingles, tar paper and rotted plywood and replace with materials needed and new shingles.

+ -1 moreJose Garcia is the owner. He came to us, gave us a professional presentation and followed up several times. He worked with us on getting answers regarding the energy credit and made sure we used the right shingles in order to get one. He had his insurance company fax us information about his policy and we received several verbal references from former clients and other tradesmen. The job went fast and easy and clean-up was complete. I highly recommend these guys - they want you to be happy.
Description of Work: We had a complete roof done. Tear off of old shingles, replacement with new. No repair to the understructure was required.
