We used this company several years ago to refinish the same hardwood floors in our oceanfront home. This time we obtained estimates from Carolina Flooring and 2 other providers; CF was between the other 2. Work began on time but took couple weeks longer to complete (they knew I would be away for a few weeks). The estimator/overseer told me long drying time needed btw coats of sealant but the one who did work told me in another call that drying time is not long with the product today. As previously, we were happy with the completed job. They put furniture back in its place & clean up the dust well, except they do not wipe down any trim nor baseboard.
