On 8/11/17, I called and talked to a very nice lady. We talked for what I would say was close to 30 minutes. She took all my details and said that she would have a general estimate emailed to me that evening. I waited until very late that night and then sent an email to the contact email listed on their web site. After 3 days of not getting a response on 8/14/17, I called the same number that I had original talked with the lady, this time I got the voice mail, so I left a message with my name and phone number and the details that I was concerned that the email they sent with the estimate never made it to me. I still have never heard back from them. After reading all the excellent reviews I am very disappointed with the poor communication that they provided. If I had been told that they just couldn't do the job or give an estimate right now I would have accepted that and moved on, but to waste my time talking about what the job and then never bother getting back to me is just poor customer service.

Great! They were courteous, they did the job in the time they said they would, and it was well done. They were responsive when we called for an estimate (a lot of places aren't).

They showed up at appointed time for estimate and returned to modify job and give new estimate for additional work I requested to be done. They were able to start right away and the job was done within 2 days. Very professional. Great communication and follow-up. Fair price. Could not ask for more. A+ in my book.

Dealing with this vendor was a pleasure. I fully intend to utilize this company again in the future. I watched them work all day and I was extremely impressed with the detail they put into the work. After watching them I would consider them as concrete artists. They far exceeded my expectations of all three projects and their pricing was very competitive. I highly recommend this company.
