The service technician was very polite and punctual. I asked his opinion on an air quality problem, and an air pressure problem. His remarks were correct, I believe, regarding my perceived air pressure issue, The company gave me an estimate for reconnecting two returns in my attic, but I have not undertaken this task yet.
Description of Work: He fixed my gas logs, which were not igniting. He also provided his opinion regarding a persistent air quality problem.

We were referred to this company by local A Plus HVAC services, who's been maintaining our limping system. We met with the owner of Last Call and his second-in-command guy. We felt confident from the get-go. The contract read well, and we have been beyond pleased every step of the way. Years of experience behind Last Call employee, and complete professionalism from start to end. Neat and clean-owner is very fastidious, and will redo a step if he is not satisfied with it. Coleman heat pumps and First Call offer a great warranty, as well. That was a very important factor in our decision.
Description of Work: Major overhaul. Complete heating system replaced in older portion of 35+ y.o. house, and updated system installed in 10 year old addition--ie: 4,000 sq. ft. house with multiple zones.
