Did not come out to finish work. Did not furnish full timeline...via email was assured that work would be done in the next week. Wanted him to come out as promised, but was told that he would come out that Saturday when told we would do it ourselves. Was only out for about 2 minutes and then disappeared without an explanation. We finished the work ourselves. Said that he could come and get the remaining materials himself. Was told that we could just keep it "as a gift". We feel he owes us money because he never finished the work, he agreed, but was not able to give us a full accounting, as we have asked. We have since discovered that he is not accredited by the BBB, and does not have an "A+" listing on Angie's List. We were overcharged for materials, upon further investigation. We would like our money back and have not heard anything. Dealing with him has been very difficult.

He was wonderful when he came out to give the quote but we didn't use him. He emailed us a beautifully illustrated quote and he was reasonable. Within days of speaking to him, he came out at the time arranged and he was on time. He spent time with us getting our input into the job and the only reason we didn't happen to do the job was because of our finances. If I plan to do the job I would use him. He is prompt and reasonable. He is very committed to working with the customer and getting their input into what they would like to see.

They were very prompt. They were on time and did what they said they would do for us. They were competitive, but we just decided to go with another company.
