septic tank
 + -1 moreoperator was on time, performed the service, and that was extremely careful to leave things as close to way they were before the work was done - he recovered the septic tank and tamped the dirt down, and he smoothed out the tire tracks he'd made - I'd selected this contractor on the basis of earlier Angie's List reports, and he definitely lived up to them
Description of Work: septic tank located, opened, and approximately 2000 gallons pumped out

 + -1 moreTHEY CAME THREE MINUTES EARLY WHICH IMPRESSED ME. THE GUYS THAT CLEANED IT WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY FOUND THAT MY LID WAS CRACKED. THE ONE GUY SAID HE HAD A LID AT HOME AND GAVE IT TO ME AND INSTALLED IT FOR FREE. THESE PEOPLE WERE AWESOME!!
