+ -1 moreThey were very good and thorough, tracing the problem to a burned receptacle on my back porch which was on that circuit, which required going into the crawlspace under my house to make sure they knew everything that was on that circuit. They explained everything they were doing as they went and were friendly and conscientious. I was impressed with their professionalism and thought the bill I received for their services was reasonable.
Description of Work: Vernon sent two electricians who did troubleshooting to find why my refrigerator circuit was going off and on. They replaced three receptacles and the circuit breaker for that circuit and got it working reliably again.

+ -1 moreHe was able to come out right away to resolve the issue. He has a ton of experience, and is very knowledgeable. I like that he is very good at communicating, and he takes the time to thoroughly explain everything. The only problem I had with him in the past was a light in my kitchen that he was not able to fix. I was just a little disappointed in his troubleshooting abilities.
Description of Work: Our air conditioning unit was not working.
