Description of Work: Warranty install of replacement double paned window which had condensation in between panes. No cost. Took a few weeks to get the parts and schedule the replacement installation, but Mr. King is very professional.

Description of Work: He replaced some formica on some doors. He replaced some door knobs too. I have not gotten a bill yet for the work.
