Description of Work: They upgraded my electrical house.

Description of Work: "We asked for replacement of two bathroom fan/light units (supplied by us), extension in our home office of electrical/coax/phone/alarm-control wiring to a location 5 feet away from an existing point, and installation of a remote control unit (supplied) in a ceiling fan. Two-man crew managed to put one bath fan/light unit in but could not access the other because of attic height. After calling in a supervisor because they didn't have a tool they needed, and a trip by both members of the crew to a home-improvement store for a face plate, they managed to got three new wall boxes and covers in place for coax/phone, alarm, and electrical service, but could connect only the coax and electrical service. Worked several hours at installing the ceiling fan remote before determining that the fan mounting bracket was imcompatible with the remote, and recommended buying another fan. All told, a service call that we expected to be finished in a couple of hours consumed an eight-hour workday for two men, and wound up with about a third of the expected work accomplished. | |We had to call in the cable guys to finish the phone line extension. They said the splitter and cable installed by the electricians were wrong, and the face plate the electricians had driven across town to get was the wrong kind. | |I hooked up the alarm wiring myself. "

Description of Work: Repaired a wiring problem in my wall.

Description of Work: The technicians were very friendly and explained what they were doing and why. Will definitely use them again if I have any other issues!

Description of Work: (a) Jason, came in few days prior to service date to give price estimated of RUN THRU THE WHOLE HOUSE for Fixing Up Electrical Works for under $500.00 (b) The Electricians (2) of them came is as the team on 30 July 2014 to complete all the works well done at EXCELLENT JOBS for the price of $422.00 where I would have to pay more than double of the Electric Company elsewhere. (c) The works were completed and done perfect & excellent, and everything in the house is working now. (d) I would use this company again. (e) I would highly RECOMMEND this company to friends and everyone.

Description of Work: on feb 3rd 2010 the house next door to me burn down, our house being so close caught fire on that side. just as you will have it my electric wires is on that side. it burned the siding melting it. & also a lot of the wires. thank god the firemen was there in a heart beat & save my house from going up in smoke like the one next door. but the elect wires was pretty bad. even though there were no open holds for the fire did not penetrate the wood under the siding.the firemen said we could not stay there until we get the wires fix. so off we went heavy hearted to leave our home but very thankful we were ok. the next day i call wayne Elecric to come & look at the wires. they were prompt. & very cheerful at this point i needed that. they went right to work & in about an hour & a half i had my lights & everything back on. the city inspector came & said every thing is good to go. thank goodness. have not had a problem since. & their work is warranty all i can say is they gave excellent work & service.
